True Functional Testing
In our design, consulting, and R&D efforts we specialize in True Functional Testing – designing, building, and performing tests that closely replicate the actual phenomena that will be encountered by the parts. Many labs do ASTM-type testing of standard attributes; but with complex parts and environments, such tests can be too far removed to realistically predict actual product performance. True Functional Testing addresses this by designing testing and measuring devices that closely replicate the key stresses to be encountered by product in the field. Focusing early on True Functional Testing substantially de-risks the R&D efforts by identifying key weaknesses and developing solid solutions earlier, which ultimately shortens the time to field working products. |
